If Louie can’t handle the walk-in traffic, those customers are yours on a fair 50/50 split. If they become regulars and book via the online booking system, they’re all yours for the remainder of the six-month period, and yes, at 100%.
No Rent – Ever
After six months, all cuts go to a 50/50 earnings split, but there’s no ongoing rental cost, just you, your chair, and shared success.
